I am a Pilates and fitness instructor with a background and interest in dance and sports.
I've had the pleasure of working with everyone from Olympic athletes and professional dancers to
friends, neighbours and people in my local community.
There are many reasons for looking after your mind and body with exercise, including stress reduction, better posture, balanced strength and flexibility,
increased muscle tone and bone density, greater endurance, reduced back pain and improved body awareness, balance and coordination.
